on Aging 
  Mission Statement  

The mission of the New Hampshire Conference on Aging is to share information, challenges, and opportunities, which enhance the experience of aging. 

The Conference is designed to provide elders and caregivers with information on healthy aging, long-term care options, supportive services and resources, volunteer opportunities and other key issues. 

The conference will also celebrate the many contributions that New Hampshire seniors have made to the state.

Each year the planning committee's goal is that the conference is a top-notch event with many opportunities and resources for our attendees. This year did not disappoint as we had another record-breaking year in attendance! Thanks to all our sponsors/exhibitors, staff and volunteers for your participation. Without you, this event would not be the success it is year after year.

Attendees enjoyed the event through conversation with other attendees, participation in interactive workshops, taking advantage of the CART(caption real-time) and ASL (American Sign Language) services provided, networking at lunch time, bus transportation provided to/from event and visiting with the wide variety of exhibitors during the conference.
