  Mission Statement
  

The mission of the New Hampshire Conference on Aging is to share information, challenges, and opportunities, which enhance the experience of aging. 

The Conference is designed to provide elders and caregivers with information on healthy aging, long-term care options, supportive services and resources,
volunteer opportunities and other key issues. 

The conference will also celebrate the many contributions that New Hampshire seniors have made to the state.

The 2013 Conference on Aging has been postponed to May of 2014. We will be holding the event in May 2014 at the Radisson in Manchester. The planning committee has been working diligently to bring you the most current, inspiring and pertinent information for aging in 2014.
